Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements : Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Sales background preferred OR ability to learn quickly.

Training provided - No prior experience required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.





Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).

Work from Home option available (must have a stable internet connection).

Job Types : Part time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
