Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments for both men and women.
Perform services such as hair spa, keratin, smoothening, rebonding, and hair treatments .
Consult clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstation, and follow hygiene protocols.
Stay updated with latest hair trends, styles, and techniques .
Promote and recommend salon hair care products to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat visits.

Required Skills :
Expertise in advanced haircuts and styling for men & women :




Knowledge of hair coloring techniques (global, highlights, balayage preferred) :
Experience with chemical treatments (keratin, rebonding, smoothening) :
Strong communication and customer service skills :
Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment

Qualifications :
Skilled Hair Styling / Beautician certification preferred :
Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed salon
