ScaleupAlly is looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Lead Generation Associate to support business growth through B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, online research, and client engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating meetings with the sales and business development teams.

Essential Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
● Willingness to learn CRM, lead generation, and business development processes.

Duties:




● Identify and research B2B prospects through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
● Conduct LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and follow-ups to generate leads.
● Build and maintain lead databases and update CRM records. ● Qualify prospects and coordinate client meetings with the Business Development team.
● Research target markets, industries, and client requirements.
● Track outreach activities, leads, and meeting progress.

Requirements Required Qualifications
● Robust verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B lead generation.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
● Positive organizational skills, attention to detail, and a target-oriented approach.
