Responsibilities :
Manage customer communication and handle inquiries professionally
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Coordinate with sales and production teams for smooth operations
Follow up with clients for orders, feedback, and service support
Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation
Eligibility Criteria :
Graduation preferred
Good communication and computer skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
