Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is seeking courteous, energetic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at SOMARA, a premium restaurant and restro-bar. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and dining requirements.
Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and answer guest queries.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages professionally, following established service standards.
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Check guest satisfaction and respond courteously to requests.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complaints to the supervisor when necessary.
Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.




Assist with table clearing, resetting, and preparation for the next service.
Support special events, celebrations, and peak-hour operations.
Follow company SOPs and maintain qualified conduct at all times.

Eligibility & Requirements
0–3 years of experience in food and beverage service; freshers may apply.
Experience in hotels, premium restaurants, cafés, or bars is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-first attitude.
Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and table setup.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and as part of a team.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
