Job Description:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for legacy Oracle PLM to Cloud PLM migration initiatives.

Define project strategy, governance frameworks, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with executives, Steering Committee (SteerCo), business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, SMEs, and system integration (SI) delivery teams.

Manage day-to-day project activities, track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Establish escalation paths, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution of project blockers.

Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes, providing regular status reports to senior management.

Ensure effective stakeholder communication, governance compliance, and coordination across business and technical teams.

Drive migration execution, manage change requests, and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
