Customer Interaction & Support
Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
Provide accurate information about vehicles, offers, and services
Lead Management
Maintain and update customer database (CRM system)
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Coordinate with the sales team for test drives and conversions
Customer Follow-Up
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Remind customers about service schedules, insurance renewals, and feedback
Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
Coordination
Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Assist in documentation and delivery process
Feedback & Retention
Collect customer feedback and maintain records
Work on improving customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
