Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 in-hand + Food (No Accommodation) Duty Hours : 10 hours per day Shift Type : Straight Shift Weekly Off : 1 day per week
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and qualified manner.
Manage table reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Maintain the waiting list during busy hours and inform guests about wait times.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Assist guests with basic information about the menu, restaurant, and services.
Requirements :
Positive communication skills in English.
Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
Ability to handle guests politely and manage rush hours efficiently.
Basic understanding of customer service and hospitality etiquette.
