Aurum Medicare Pvt Ltd is a growing pharmaceutical organization with a PAN India presence. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and passionate Pharma Sales Executive to join us.
Job Responsibilities:
Appoint and onboard distributors for Aurum Medicare through tele-calling.
Take regular orders from appointed distributors and update records.
Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly sales reports accurately.
Share daily updates with distributors regarding marketing materials, current schemes, and product info.
Inform and educate clients about promotional campaigns, gift campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure maximum conversions from prospects to active clients.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduate
Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
Active listening and robust communication skills
Confidence in persuasion and objection handling
Team player with coordination and time management skills
Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution is a plus
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
