Handle incoming and outgoing calls to/from potential and existing customers.
Generate current leads via online research, directories, and databases.
Explain product features and pricing to customers (mainly Interactive Flat Panels, Smart Class Solutions).
Share quotations and follow up regularly.
Maintain and update CRM or lead sheets regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for in office meetings or demos.
Provide after-sales communication or support as needed.
