Job Description:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective clients through outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, provide basic information, and support the sales team in client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided data.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and share basic service information.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments or callbacks for Sales Consultants.
Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM.
Conduct timely follow-ups as per assigned leads.
Share daily call reports and lead conversion updates with the reporting manager.
Adhere to calling scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during client interactions.
Support the sales team in achieving lead generation targets.
