Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Counsel prospective students and parents about Interior Design & Architecture programs
Present programs with clarity, credibility, and industry insight
Drive admissions conversions through consultative counseling
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively
Explain curriculum, software tools, career paths, and industry scope
Evaluate student interest, aptitude, and career goals
Maintain lead follow-ups and conversion records
Support admission events, seminars, and orientation sessions




Work closely with academic and marketing teams during admission cycles

Required Qualifications :
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
2+ years of skilled or academic experience preferred

Core Skills :
Persuasive counseling and communication skills
Sales-focused, conversion-driven approach
Ability to simplify technical design concepts
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
Confident, target-oriented, and student-focused

Preferred :
Experience in education admissions or counseling
Teaching, mentoring, or portfolio guidance experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
