Key Responsibilities :
Handle patient inquiries via calls and guide them through the consultation to surgery journey .
Explain procedures, pricing, and treatment process clearly to patients.
Convert leads into consultations/surgeries through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory). :
Robust sales acumen and persuasion skills .
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment .
Good problem-solving ability while handling patient concerns
Office Location: TRUE Hospitals Gurgaon Sector 52 Working Hours: 10-7PM
