Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
Explain products and services to customers and answer their questions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Meet daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements :
Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Knowledge of Hindi, English, and Gujarati is an advantage.
