Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in spa guests
Manage bookings and appointments
Handle payments and billing
Answer queries about spa services and packages
Maintain spa reception area cleanliness and aesthetics
Collaborate with spa therapists and management
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in hospitality or reception role preferred
Basic computer skills (booking systems, POS)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
