Job Objective : To play a meaningful part within the Sales function, by collaborating across the organization to meet the individual and company objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative assistance to sales team and management
Maintain a well-organised filing system for administrative and sales activities
Effective and productive management of sales leads with the help of sales leads
Management of administrative activities including customer interactions and fulfill customer service needs.
Data entry management and execution including sending quotations and follow up of receivables
Data management, facilitate creation of sales orders and order processing and management
Achievement of monthly, annual sales revenue / receivables targets
Periodically Meeting & visiting customers and stakeholders
Ensure interdepartmental collaboration to deliver First Time Right, On Time Every time and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings for business development
