Responsibilities :
Handle outbound & inbound calls with potential clients
Pitch digital marketing services confidently (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.)
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Convert leads into paying customers (deal closing is key)
Follow up regularly and maintain client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Work under calling pressure and performance-driven workplace

Requirements :
Solid communication & convincing skills (very significant)
Good deal-closing ability
Comfortable with high call volume (calling pressure)
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of digital marketing sales pitch
Previous sales experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
