Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
Ensure end-to-end completion of the sales cycle
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Graduation is mandatory)
Proven experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Adaptability to changing sales strategies and targets
Preferred Skills :
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Customer handling and objection resolution
Basic understanding of sales processes and funnels
Additional Requirements :
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends if required
Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn and grow
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
Compensation & Advantages :
Salary : Up to ₹27,000 (In-hand) | ₹32,000 CTC
