Job description
Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions
Coach agents on objection handling, pitching, and closing skills
Monitor call quality, compliance, and maintain quality scores
Handle escalation calls and support closures when required
Track funnels: leads connects interest conversions
Share daily MIS
Flag process issues and suggest improvements
Ownership to take calls to support the achievement of overall target
Conduct daily/ weekly/ monthly huddles,
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales.




Maintain and update customer database and call records.
Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Key Skills & Competencies
Data-driven approach with comfort in MIS and dashboards
At least 2 years of Experience in target driven processes like inside sales, tele sales, or client acquisition
Solid call listening, objection handling, and pitch correction skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
