Key Responsibilities :
Manage reservation processes to ensure an efficient and smooth guest booking experience.
Maintain accuracy across OTA, B2B, and direct booking platforms.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to optimize occupancy.
Handle guest queries, amendments, and cancellations with professionalism.
Support continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service quality.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
