Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Manage and attend walk-in clients at the studio/gallery
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product suggestions
Explain product details, pricing, and customization options
Build solid relationships with clients and ensure a premium customer experience
Maintain proper display and presentation of artwork and décor items
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client follow-ups
Assist in converting inquiries into successful sales
Skills & Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
Basic understanding or interest in home décor, art, or interior styling
Ability to confidently explain products and handle client queries
Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for client interaction
Prior experience in retail, showroom, or client-facing roles is preferred
