As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the blue grey collar industry. You will work closely with our customers to address any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities :
Assist customers with placing orders, resolving billing issues, and providing product information




Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution

Valuable to have values:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Knowledge of the blue grey collar industry and an understanding of the unique needs of our clients.
