Job description: We are hiring Customer Service Executives with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions and deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
Maintain skilled communication standards
Update customer data and reports using MS Excel
Adhere to process and quality guidelines

Graduate in any discipline
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Comfortable with rotational weekly offs
