Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well-organized.
Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for order fulfillment.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related industries.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and billing/order management understanding.
