Job Title : Front Office Executive

Job Summary : We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Office Executive to be the face of our dance studio. This role involves managing daily front desk operations, welcoming students and visitors, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage class schedules, registrations, and attendance records
Process fee payments and maintain basic financial records
Coordinate with dance instructors for class updates and scheduling changes
Maintain studio cleanliness and front desk organization
Assist in promotions, events, and student engagement activities
Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care

Requirements :
Proven experience in front office, receptionist,



or customer service roles preferred
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, booking systems, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly personality with a passion for customer service
Interest in dance, fitness, or arts is a bonus

Working Hours :
Versatile shifts, including evenings and weekends (aligned with class schedules)
