We are looking for a Packing Executive for our Softgel Formulation Plant who will be responsible for managing and supervising packing operations as per GMP guidelines .
Key Responsibilities
Supervise primary and secondary packing operations of softgel capsules.
Ensure packing activities are carried out as per GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines .
Maintain packing records, batch documents, and line clearance documentation .
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse departments .
Ensure proper machine operation and manpower handling in packing section.
Monitor packing material usage and reconciliation .
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance in the packing area.
Handle deviation, breakdown, and troubleshooting during packing operations.
Required Skills :
