Role & responsibilities
Inward Receipt To receive materials from factory and store properly.
Despatches Invoiced materials should be supplied on the same day.
Invoice & Delivery Challan - Materials should be delivered with Invoice
cum-delivery challan only. No manual challan will be prepared.
Dealers acknowledgement :
Store keeper to ensure that cartman gets the

dealer’s signature and stamp on the invoice copy as a token of receipt of

stock.
Godown maintenance - Godown should be kept clean.
Storage - Water heaters & Spares should be stored systematically to

get maximum storage space.
Registers :
Incoming and outgoing register should be maintained properly.
All records should be maintained properly.

Diploma or ITI - Electrical or any degree.
