About the Role

Solidz.I0 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Electronics, Security, Automation, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.

This role involves a combination of field sales and office-based business development , including customer meetings, lead generation, channel partner development, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and closing sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Meet customers, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.




Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and support teams for project execution.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

Requirements : Requirements :
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience .
Experience in Electronics, Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Automation, or related industries preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Compensation
Basic Salary : ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives : Up to ₹25,000 per month
Total Earning Potential : Up to ₹50,000 per month
