Job Title : WordPress Developer (Figma & UI/UX Expertise)
Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs
Optimize websites for maximum speed and performance
Implement and manage CDN solutions for faster content delivery
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders on UI/UX flows
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
Troubleshoot and fix website issues and bugs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Robust experience with WordPress development (themes & plugins)
Proficiency in Figma (design understanding + handoff to development)
Knowledge of Prototyping & Auto layout in Figma.
Positive understanding of UI/UX principles and user flow
Basic knowledge of Page speed.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
Knowledge of website performance optimization and page speed tools
Hands-on experience with CDN setup (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront)
Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance metrics
Basic SEO and website optimization knowledge
