Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare timely financial statements, analyze financial data for discrepancies, and conduct variance analysis to support business decisions.
Ledger & Reconciliations : Manage general ledger functions, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and verify all inter-company transactions.
Audit Preparation : Coordinate both internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with audit requirements.
Month-End/Year-End Close : Drive and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate financial forecasts and track budget performance against targets.
Team Leadership : Supervise, delegate, and review work from junior accountants, offering coaching and technical support.
Compliance & Controls : Develop and document accounting processes to maintain internal controls, safeguard company assets, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Facility & Supply Management : Procuring stationery and equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a protected, clean, and well-maintained office workplace.
