Job description :
Responsible for Maintaining books of Accounts for day-to-day transactions.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Suppliers Master data creation.
Handling Supplier Accounts.
Preparation of Purchase orders and subsequent Purchase entries.
Maintaining, Monitoring and Authorizing Accounts Payables.
Checking Employee Expenses Statements like Conveyance, Travel & Salary advance.
Maintaining Petty Cash.
Asset Creation and Preparing Fixed Asset Register.
Controlling & maintaining of Accounting Records, conducting Vouching of records, scrutinizing of ledger Accounts, supporting for Internal & external audit requirements.
Preparation & presenting of Daily/weekly/ Monthly MIS reports on Banking Transactions.
Assisting to Auditors for preparation of monthly audit reports.
Preparation of monthly TDS workings and subsequent payments.
Expenses verifications and recordings.




Preparation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B to upload the GST Portal.
Compare with GSTR-2A with our Purchase Books.
Preparation & Maintenance of all branch’s accounts and GST returns

Job requirements :
Level of Education − Graduate / Post Graduate
Skills: Tally, SAP, Excel, Word, MSOffice
Other Essential Skills − Excellent communication skills
Experience 2 to 4 years required
