KRA :
To Monitor, Operate and record readings of all electrical ,plumbing and Technical equipment’s in the property.
Under guidance of Facility Manager, co-ordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper preventive maintenance.
Meeting client expectation
Maintaining high standard of service delivery at site
Ensuring Zero Down time /Minimum time of the machine

Specifically

Requirement

Engineering Installation
Switching ON and OFF Power for all ACs, Lighting and Power Equipments/plumbing equipement in each shift
Maintaining CLs and Log sheets for Entire Electrical ,plumbing and AC systems
Follow up on pending points from previous shifts
Maintaining Hand over Log for each shift.
Timely inspection and reporting to FM.

PPM




Ensure Daily/weekly/Monthly/Qtly and Annual Checks & Maintenance Schedules are followed as given by FM/PM.
Timely Maintenance.
Inform FM/PM about spares inventory level stocked at site.
Maintaining Service Reports at Site.
Testing of all site equipment’s as per Guidelines from FM/PM.

Other Activities
Checking and Maintaining Tools at site
Attending service calls in Std service response time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
