Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, ERP-based accounting systems, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and online taxation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Handle daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Prepare and file GST returns within statutory deadlines.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
Manage online tax payments and statutory remittances.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.




Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime and ERP systems.
Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly expense reports.
Maintain proper financial documentation and support audit activities.
Assist management with financial analysis and budgeting requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Experience with ERP-based accounting systems.
Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and online taxation procedures.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Graduation in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Practical experience in statutory compliance and tax filings.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
