Job Title: Electric Vehicle Technician (Two-Wheeler)

Key Responsibilities :
Diagnosis and Repair : Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in electric two-wheelers using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including battery checks, software updates, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
Component Replacement : Replace faulty components such as batteries, motors, controllers, and other electrical systems as needed.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to customers, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures in an understandable manner.
Quality Control : Conduct thorough inspections and tests after repairs to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer standards.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for further action.
Safety Compliance :



Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working setting.
Training and Development : Stay updated on the latest EV technologies, service techniques, and manufacturer specifications through continuous learning and training.
