Roles & Responsibilities
Manage a group of students and take complete ownership of their admission journey.
Drive student counseling from lead to admission closure
Track team performance, conversions, and call quality
Train and mentor counselors on pitch and product knowledge
Handle escalations from students/parents
Report performance to management regularly
Coordinate with marketing/admissions for better lead conversion
Requirements
2.5+ yrs experience (ed-tech mandatory)
Robust communication & leadership skills
Kannada mandatory for Bangalore role
Graduate; MBA a plus
