About the Role

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners in choosing the right upskilling programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Understand learners’ career goals, interests, and learning requirements.
Explain program details, curriculum, mentorship, projects, and career benefits.
Counsel students and working specialists on suitable upskilling programs.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paid enrolments.
Handle learner queries and address concerns related to programs and admissions.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups,



and updates in the CRM.
Achieve monthly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, admissions, or B2C sales.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade, handle objections, and close enrolments.
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Interest in EdTech, AI, and professional upskilling is an advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
