Supervise Aluform (Mivan/Aluminium formwork) installation and disassembly at site.
Ensure proper alignment, levelling, and fixing of Aluform panels.
Coordinate with site engineers for daily work planning.
Check shuttering quality before concrete pouring.
Manage and guide Aluform carpenters and helpers.
Ensure proper handling and stacking of Aluform materials.
Monitor safety practices during formwork activities.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedule.
Identify and report damages or shortages of Aluform materials.
Maintain productivity and quality of formwork work at site.
Pay: ₹12,558.62 - ₹56,716.30 per month
