Compliance & Safety : Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, transport laws, and company safety standards.
Tracking & Documentation : Monitor vehicle movement, maintain records of dispatch and deliveries, and use tracking software.
Cost Control : Implement cost-saving strategies to reduce transport expenses and manage billing.
Problem-Solving : Handle transportation bottlenecks, delays, breakdowns, or emergency situations quickly.
