Sales & Negotiation : Negotiate vehicle prices, trade-in values, and financing options. Prepare contracts and ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies. [1, 2]
Upselling : Pitch additional products like extended warranties, insurance, service packages, and vehicle accessories.
