Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage financial reporting for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.​
Supervise accounting teams and coordinate workflows across group companies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.​
Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for group entities.​
Monitor account activities, control budgets, and manage cash flow to support sound fiscal health for the group.​
Guide and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance measures across the organization.​
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders for audits and statutory filings.​
Advise top management on financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic planning to aid group decisions.​
Train, mentor, and evaluate junior accounting staff, fostering career development and continuous improvement.​

Desired Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.​




Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a group or multi-entity organization.​
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), taxation, and regulatory compliance.​
Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office suite.​
Effective interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.​
