Job Responsibilities:
Program Development : Create toolpaths, define stock, select tools, and set machine parameters (speeds, feeds) for CNC machines (3, 4, 5-axis).
Optimization : Improve existing programs for faster cycle times and better efficiency.
Collaboration : Work with engineers and machinists to understand requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Documentation : Generate setup sheets, tool lists, and other relevant documents for machine operators.
Quality Control : Ensure programs produce accurate parts according to specifications, often inspecting finished products.
Process Improvement : Stay updated on recent Mastercam features and machining techniques to enhance productivity.
Maintenance : Perform basic machine upkeep, such as cleaning and coolant checks. Required Skills :
Software Proficiency : Expert in Mastercam,



with knowledge of other CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and G-code.
Machining Knowledge : Robust understanding of CNC principles, tooling, materials, and speeds/feeds.
Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints, GD&T;, and interpret engineering drawings.
Problem-Solving : Analytical skills to solve machining challenges and modify designs.
Experience : Proven experience as a CNC or Mastercam Programmer.
Qualifications:
Education : ITI / Diploma in Engineering or related field often preferred.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
