Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, maintain financial records, and support day-to-day finance operations.

KeyResponsibilities

Managethecompleteaccounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing.

Verifyinvoices for accuracy, approvals, GST, and supporting documents.

Perform2-way/3-waymatchingof invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents.

Maintainvendoraccounts and perform regular vendor reconciliations. Ensuretimelyprocessing of vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.

Coordinatewithvendors andinternal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Handleemployeereimbursements andother approved payment requests.

SupportGSTandTDS-relatedaccounting and documentation.





Prepareandmonitoraccounts payable ageing reports.

Assistwithmonth-end andyear-end closing activities.

Maintainproper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Supportinternal and statutory audits by providing relevant documents and reconciliations.

Identifyprocess gaps and contribute to improving AP processes and controls.

KeySkills

StrongknowledgeofAccounts Payable and accounting principles.

Goodunderstandingof GSTandTDS.

Experiencein invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.

Proficiency in MSExcel.

Experiencewith ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Strongattention to detail and accuracy.

Goodanalytical andproblem-solving skills.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com/M.Com/MBA(Finance)orequivalent qualification.
