Role & responsibilities

North Edge Solutions is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented qualified to manage the companys end-to-end commercial operations, including vendor purchases, consignment management, customer order processing, invoicing, inventory coordination, and payment tracking.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every order is properly processed, material is delivered on time, invoices are raised accurately, and customer payments are collected within the agreed credit period.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage daily activities and ensure smooth coordination between vendors, customers, accounts, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase & Vendor Management
Consignment & Order Management
Customer & Payment Tracking
Accounts & Financial Management
Manage sales and purchase entries, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.




Track vendor payments and ensure payments are processed as per approved schedules.
Monitor order-wise purchase costs, sales values, and gross margins.
Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Inventory & Reporting
Maintain stock-inward, stock-outward, and inventory movement records.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Track available, reserved, returned, damaged, and in-transit inventory.
Prepare regular reports on customer outstanding, collections, vendor payments, pending purchases, and undelivered consignments.
Submit daily or weekly MIS reports to Management.
Ensure all commercial transactions are properly documented and updated.
