Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator who can manage and grow our presence on social media, especially Instagram.

The role includes content creation, scheduling content, analytics reporting, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Create social media posts, reels, and graphics using Canva, PowerDirector etc.
Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Medium.)
Write clear and engaging captions in English (Punjabi is a plus)
Schedule and publish posts
Engage with audiance
Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency
Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
Track growth, engagement, and reach
Prepare easy,



presentable reports for managers (monthly/bi-weekly)
Support campaigns, events, and impact stories

Required Skills :
Experience managing Instagram or social media pages
Strong working knowledge of Canva and other editing tools required for the job
Experience using Buffer or similar scheduling tools
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Organized and consistent with posting

Preferred
Nonprofit or social cause experience
Punjabi language skills
Based in or near Ludhiana

Salary & Growth
(negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
