We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Payment Collection Executive to assist the Accounts Manager with payment follow-ups, outstanding receivables and day-to-day accounts coordination at our Sakinaka branch.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices through calls, emails and messages.
Maintain records of outstanding payments, collection status and customer payment commitments.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers to resolve payment-related queries and delays.
Assist the Accounts Manager in monitoring accounts receivable and preparing outstanding payment reports.
Verify payment details and coordinate with the accounts team for updating receipts and payment records.
Maintain customer ledgers and collection trackers accurately.
Follow up on payment discrepancies, short payments and pending invoice-related issues.
Share regular collection updates and highlight overdue accounts to the Accounts Manager.
Assist with bank receipt tracking, payment reconciliation and other accounts-related activities as assigned.
Maintain proper documentation and support the accounts team in routine administrative work.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
1–3 years of experience in payment collection, accounts receivable or accounts support.
Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, customer ledgers and outstanding receivables.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to maintain records systematically.
Ability to coordinate professionally with customers, sales personnel and the internal accounts team.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
