Review mould designs and suggest improvements for manufacturability and maintenance.
Coordinate with mould makers, vendors, and suppliers during new tool development.
Continuous Improvement
Implement tooling modifications to improve cycle time and product quality.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain maintenance logs, tool inventory, and spare parts records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Prepare reports on mould performance and maintenance activities.
Reduce mould downtime through effective maintenance practices.
Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
