We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Record customer payments and update accounting records
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain accounts receivable records and documentation.
Familiar with TDS. GST and Bank reconciliation
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly receivable reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
