Role & responsibilities

GurZac Biz Solutions Private Limited is hiring Accounts & Sales Coordinator for one of it's Client into manufacturing & distribution of food Snacks.
Handling the distributors for Billing, Packaging & Supply of Finished Goods.
Sales data administration in Synergy ERP & Marg software.
Administration of E Commerce orders & Sales Invoices.
Administration of GS1 India.
Cash flow entries.
Smooth & timely administration of customer mail box.
Administer expiry of products at distributors.
Bounce cheque entries.
Sales Coordination - Inhouse & B2B Clients.
Prepare & reconcile company ledger accounts.
Supervise E invoicing of Sales.
Supervise Sales Invoices & E Way Bills of Mahadev Sales.
Administer accounting of product expiries on monthly basis.
Payables & Receivables.
Administration of company ledger accounts.




Any other task assigned by the management from time to time You will be expected to fulfill the duties assigned to you in a competent and qualified manner, aligned with the companys policies and objectives

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates eager to learn and grow in multi tasking role.
Candidate available to join early would be preferred.
