Experience : 2+ Years (Mandatory experience in Consulting/Recruitment Firms) Qualification : MBA (preferred) Joining : Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment coordination along with market intelligence and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Conduct market research and talent mapping as per business requirements
Coordinate with college TPOs and management for campus hiring initiatives
Plan, organize, and execute campus drives effectively
Identify, negotiate, and onboard job placement agencies as required
Monitor and evaluate performance of recruitment consultants/agencies
Handle job postings across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Manage social media hiring campaigns aligned with open positions
Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview processes with internal teams
MBA in HR or relevant field preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment consulting firms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and hiring requirements
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Robust interest in long-term growth opportunities within the organization
