Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, handle taxation compliance, and coordinate payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records in Tally Prime.
Handle sales and purchase accounting, invoicing, and account reconciliations.
Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense records.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in the finalization of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant parties.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications




B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in trading, distribution, or import businesses will be preferred.
